Circuit City --- same old story!!
Remember when you walked into a Circuit City Store and the folks their were wearing suits and knew exactly what they were selling?? Remember when they had a good selection? Those were the days.. Circuit City -- no need to cry economy or gas prices -- THIS has been the same old Story for Years.
I still appreciate that you came in for me when I was on my Wii hunt a couple of years ago!! But here is what I would like to see!!!
1. I want the same deal -- If I'm in your store - I want the same price as you have listed online.
2. I'm glad you have internet access available - so I can google my questions -- but really I would like to be able to ask someone in the store - and feel confident they know what they are talking about.
3. Seriously, we need a new store layout!!! Do you need all that room for CD's?? Are people still doing that??
4. More Selection.

Bring back Wards! Return them to their roots...or is it even too late for that?!?
I haven't been there if a few years, and even then, was a very quick price check on a refrigerator.
Pull 'em - they're done (in my view). But I like what their mgmt says: "The chain said it was not worried."
