HOT DOGS, PEANUTS

It's true - I only go to 2-3 Braves Games a Year. So, I guess that doesn't make me a die hard fan. But its something I have done every year since moving to Richmond in 1992. It sort of became a tradition in our family. Our summers are spent with a vacation to Florida, a couple of weekends camping, and 2-3 nights at a Richmond Braves Game - and we always get a Hot Dog and some Peanuts.
(What other Sporting Event can you go to for the Price of a Braves Ticket??)

Sure, Richmond will probably get another Baseball Team. I seriously doubt it will be another AAA team. But maybe AA. But would Richmond really invest in a new stadium for AA or A team?

I don't blame the Braves for their move - to Gwinnett County, Ga. Have you seen what is planned for their new stadium?? Do you blame them for wanting what every AAA team has? Mayor Wilder and his administration did drop the ball. This hasn't been just a couple of months of discussion this has been going on for years. Richmond Had a Great AAA Team. The farm team for the Atlanta Braves. You don't have to be "Braves" Fan to understand it really doesn't get better than that!!!
